Dan did a great job expanding my front and back decks. He recommended expanding the front deck as it would be more welcoming than the current deck. Dan recommended going out 8 or 10 feet on the back deck and we chose 8 feet. Both decks look great. Dan is in constant touch throughout the process.

The work was first rate. Done very promptly and Danâ  s schedule estimates were very accurate. Everything was cleaned up and disposed of afterwards. Couldnâ  t be more pleased. 2200 square foot wooden deck replaced with composite and surrounding wooden fence replaced with composite fence.

We would highly recommend Elite Decks. Dan, the owner, is really pleasant and very responsive, really top flight experience, and we love our new Mahogany deck he did. He also replaced our front entrance and porch with Mahogany wood and both projects are gorgeous. We've had several neighbors across the street come over to say how nice it is to open there front door and see our gorgeous deck ! Recently, our landscaping contractor also said he loves our deck and front porch and asked who did the work ! Of course we told him to contact Elite Decks and gave him Dan's name and contact number. We will use Elite Decks again as it's a full home renovation company. The crew is super neat too. All discarded materials are quickly removed from our home site. They worked real fast too. Amazed how both jobs done expertly and in less than two weeks !

Dan was very helpful in helping us evaluate our options in upgrading our old worn out wood deck into composite and gave an on point estimate for the project. He was prompt in his responses to our inquiries and updated us with pictures as we were not on site at all times. Elite Custom Decks did a wonderful job of removing an old deck and railing and replacing it. Our small front porch, stairs, and railing were also redone. They were responsive, met with us as many times as we needed to discuss and review the project and its progress, and, importantly, they did exquisite work. They were clean, efficient, and quality-oriented. I cannot say that for the other contractors that I have worked with. What an amazing job Dan Leach and his team did! We feel like we have a new home. The initial project entailed reconstructing a 35 year old rear deck that had structural issues as well as a large area to repair/replace. We didnâ t want to replace the whole deck and Dan agreed, after checking to ensure that the overall structure was worth saving. Most contractors just want to rip out and replace a deck which would have exponentially increased the cost. Dan was able to envision a design improvement, creating stadium stairs, which made the deck more functional and flow better. Since we saw the quality of the work being performed, we decided to expand the project. The rest of the house needed to be stained and areas needed repair including a drain which they were able to recreate the architectural design of the structure. Danâ s team, with Carlos leading, are superb craftsmen who take pride in their work and do a meticulous job. They are reliable, on time and pleasant to work with. The cost was very reasonable considering we kept added additional work. We highly recommend Dan and his team and would definitely hire them again.

Great crew of workers. Were always there early and stayed late. They were hardworking and accommodating. Owner is a good guy and responsive to texts and voicemails. I never had to track him down. Not only did they replace and expand my deck with composite wood versus cedar, but we designed and built a custom fence, which helped create my own little paradise. They also power washed my home, replaced rotting cedar, filled all the holes in the cedar and painted, Looks like a new house. And yes, I think his price was fair.

Most important to me is that commitments regarding time frames, work process & progress fully met. And, workmanship was excellent.
